How It Works

Here is a short overview of the technology we use. We have a lot of experience in Web 3D projects for large coporate clients and we have taken many of our customers demands into our own solution liventura GRID.

liventura GRID is a scalable solution.
Our server applications (user/grid/asset/inventory/messaging/voice/streaming server and one or more region servers) can be run on ONE system but can also be expanded to multiple servers for extended performance. Without any problem you can create grids with hundreds of regions for your corporate environment.

It´s secure.
You are able to run your own liventura GRID servers behind your corporate firewall. You can create internal intranet applications but also internet applications that can be accessed through the web.

It can be run on your own servers or as Software as a Service (SaaS).
We both offer standalone servers as well as a full enterprise level hosting model including SLA´s and enterprise level support.

liventura GRID has a modular architecture.
To extend functionality or to create interfaces to existing applications in use by your company we have an open architecture which allows us to create and implement new addon modules.

Built-in Voice Conferencing, Video/Audio Streaming and Text Messenger.
In liventura GRID we use open source applications for VoIP communication, video/audio streaming and text messaging. All in one box.

It´s open source.
The core technology is based on the open source platform OpenSim and there is a large community of developers and users around it. We can make sure that our solutions are contantly developed further and you are not bound to a proprietary technology.

Boxed 1 Server 4 10 255×255m closed region. Can not be extended.
Grid 5 Servers 8 20 Extendable closed grid. Good for Intranet applications.
Hypergrid 5 Servers 8 20 Extendable open grid. Can be connected to other Internet grids.
Extension 1 Server each 4 8 Extension server for Grid/Hypergrid Editions. Adds 4 more regions.
Software as a Service
 Description
Software as a Service (SaaS) You can use liventura GRID also as Software as a Service. By downloading our client software you are able to login to your server regions. If you only need one region with 255×255 meters you only pay one region. You are able to enlarge your grid anytime to a large space with dozens of regions for your whole company.

All Regions have voice conferencing enabled and make use of an integrated video and audio streaming server for video conferencing and live streaming. liventura GRID is a 3D content management system and we have lots of modules today. We will extend its functionality with each new project so please ask if you would like to do something not on the list above.
